Social Groups and Programs

At Wyanga, we believe that connection to culture, community, and each other is at the heart of wellbeing. Our social groups and programs are created with Elders, for Elders—offering a space to gather, yarn, learn, laugh, and heal together.

Whether it’s a group outing, a cultural workshop, or simply sharing a cuppa and a story, our programs are designed to support social, emotional, and cultural wellbeing in a way that feels safe, respectful, and familiar.

We offer a variety of activities throughout the week, including:

  • Cultural activities and art workshops
  • Group outings to places of interest and significance
  • Health and wellbeing sessions
  • Music, storytelling, and yarning circles
  • Special events and seasonal celebrations

All programs include a freshly prepared meal, with menus that reflect the preferences and dietary needs of our Elders. Meals are more than just food—they’re a chance to connect, nourish, and share together.

Transport is available for clients who need support getting to and from our programs.
