Support at Home

At Wyanga, we walk beside our Elders the same way our Elders have walked beside us.

Our Support at Home services help you stay safe, strong, independent, and connected to family, Country, and community.

How to Access Support at Home at Wyanga

Getting started with Support at Home is easy. If you’re an Aboriginal Elder who needs a bit of help to stay safe and independent at home, you may be able to receive support through the government-funded Support at Home program.

Our team can walk with you through the whole journey — from getting registered to organising your assessment, right through to setting up a support plan that feels right for you.

Support at Home Program

Support at Home is now fully in place, and our team is here to help you make the most of the support available to you. Every Elder’s situation is different, and our role is to help you understand what you’re eligible for, how your funding works and how to shape services that fit your lifestyle.

We can guide you through your options, answer questions about your plan or your services and help you adjust your support whenever things change. Whether you need a little help or a lot, we make sure your care feels practical, respectful and grounded in what matters most to you.

If you’d like to understand the cost of different services or explore what’s included, you can view our Support at Home Pricing List using the button below. Our team can also walk you through it and help you choose the services that best support your independence, wellbeing and connection to community.
